Glacier Bay Alaska: Four Inlets

Ann Beck was in the army when she collected this and brought me  some in zip-locked sandwich bags along with a map labeling the four inlets in Glacier Bay: Reid, McBride, Muir and John Hopkins.  This sample was chunky and I expected it to be rough after firing but it never was; instead all the different particle sizes fused into a mottled and lustrous smooth brown surface.
