BRANCHING RIVERS ABOVE -- BRANCHING MAGMA BELOW
Melting seafloor samples, interacting with scientists about their work and general public about their interests resulted in what I describe as intimacy with planet.


Created for Rising Voices conference whose mission is to "center justice in the convergence of sciences, communities and actions".  Poster abstract and image are downloadable as pdfs below this low-rez screenshot.  Also available below is a pdf of Oneida descendant Paula Underwood's writing that includes her thoughts on indigenous and western science.
